"The idea of Charity Team-Building surprisingly came up during an English lesson when my teacher asked me what I would do most happily if I could choose anything. That's when I remembered that I had always wanted to organize team-building programs, but life somehow swept me away. But it's never too late to focus on what we truly love.

I wanted to organize special programs that are completely different from the usual team-building activities. Everyone has been to various team-building programs, whether it’s a joint relaxation at a wellness hotel, bowling, wine tasting, laser tag, or an escape room. But what could be more than the usual programs?

In our opinion, joint charity events are truly special and bring joy like no other to the participants and the selected organization. We hope more and more people are open to such program opportunities, and we will certainly help find the right program and organization to everyone."

"I have several years of experience in marketing communications. During my higher education, I entered the world of event planning. I started out in classic hostess and animator roles, and later expanded my professional career to include full event organization and management.

After I became a mother, I felt even more strongly that I wanted to apply my experience in events and marketing to projects where value creation and sustainability are the most important missions. I want to pass on the world and the planet to them in such a way that I won't have to be ashamed for not having tried harder to take care of it.

In cooperation with clients, communication and shared goals are key for me.

In today’s world, the most important ability is continuous renewal, development, and adaptation. At Charity Team Building, I have the opportunity to do this every day through our diverse projects.
